1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations are accepted only for orders with a total value above Rs. 100.
Each customer is allowed to request order cancellations once a month. Once a cancellation request is submitted, no additional requests can be made for the next 30 days.
Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours after the order has been placed. After this period, cancellations will not be processed.
2. Refund Process:
Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the same account from which the payment was made. We do not process refunds to alternate accounts.
3. Cancellation Request Submission:
Order cancellation requests must be submitted through our Contact us form
4. Timeframe for Refund:
Customers who meet the eligibility criteria can expect a refund within 7 days. If the refund is not received within this timeframe, please contact us
5. Acceptance of Cancellation Requests:
Only cancellation requests submitted within the first 24 hours of placing the order will be accepted.
6. Communication Channels:
Customers may choose to receive cancellation-related communication via email, phone, or both. Ensure that the contact information provided is accurate.
7. Order Value Threshold:
Orders with a total value below Rs. 100 are not eligible for cancellation. Such orders should adhere to the other points outlined in the Order Cancellation policy.
